Creating a page costs credits: Standard 20, Premium 30, and photo conversions 40. Credit packs are one-time purchases (no subscription) and credits never expire. If a page fails to generate, the credits are refunded automatically. Pages from the Explore tab don't cost credits at all.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Credit packs are consumable purchases; the premium page collection is a one-time purchase that you keep forever - use Restore purchases on a new device to bring it back. Parents can require approval for purchases with Ask to Buy in Screen Time.
My page didn't generate. Check your internet connection and try again - any spent credits for a failed page come back automatically.
Where are my pages stored? On your device, and in your private iCloud so they follow you to your other devices. We keep no copy on our servers. See the privacy policy.
Do favorites and credits move between devices? Yes - if your devices share the same iCloud account, your pages, favorites, and credit balance follow you automatically.
Keep your credits safe. Your balance follows your iCloud account. If you don't use iCloud and plan to delete the app or move devices, email us first and we'll help carry your balance over.
